The RN Role
Northland Health Centers is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support smooth, high-quality patient care in an onsite clinic setting. In this role, you’ll help keep visits on track by coordinating the flow of care and partnering closely with providers.
Key responsibilities include assisting with patient care, scheduling and rooming support for examinations, managing referrals and appointments, and handling a range of reception/office tasks such as documentation follow-up and ordering supplies.
Required qualifications:
- Current RN licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Strong organization and communication skills to manage competing priorities and patient needs
If you’re ready to bring your RN skills to a team focused on quality care, we encourage you to apply.
Your Benefits
Northland Health Centers offers a competitive salary, great benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and a Health Savings Account (HSA). To help you keep growing, the package includes Continuing Education and License Renewal support, along with Student Loan Repayment Programs and more. Take the next step in your nursing career and become part of a team that prioritizes compassionate care and professional growth.
A Typical Shift
Your day follows a steady weekday rhythm (Mon 8am–6pm; Tue–Thu 8am–5pm; Fri 8am–3:30pm). You’ll start by reviewing the day’s schedule and prepping for patient arrivals, then move between patient-facing moments and behind-the-scenes coordination. Expect frequent collaboration with providers and front-desk teammates as priorities shift—fitting in last-minute needs, keeping information organized, and making sure the clinic stays stocked and ready. You’ll wrap up by closing out loose ends from the day so tomorrow starts smoothly.
Northland Health Centers has a Drug-Free Workplace Policy. An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.
