Responsibilities

  • You will own end-to-end enablement for one or more enterprise SaaS product lines by creating engaging learning experiences, delivering technical training, and driving product adoption across employees, partners, and customers worldwide.
  • A significant focus of this role (40–60%) is AI-powered video content creation—leveraging modern AI tools to produce high-quality product tutorials, feature walkthroughs, onboarding programs, release explainers, and digital learning experiences that scale product education.
  • Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll transform complex product capabilities into impactful learning experiences that accelerate product adoption and customer success.
  • This is not a traditional Learning & Development role. We are looking for a technically curious, AI-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced product environment, enjoys continuous learning, and can independently own product enablement from understanding new features through delivering world-class learning experiences.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5-8 years of experience in Technical Product Training, Product Enablement, Customer Education, or Technical Consulting for enterprise SaaS products.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Cloud, Data, AI/Generative AI, or related enterprise technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technical learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience creating product learning videos, feature walkthroughs, onboarding programs, release explainers, and other digital learning assets
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools for content creation, video production, research, and productivity.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive product enablement.
  • Experience independently owning enablement for one or more product lines—from understanding product capabilities through training delivery.
  • Experience delivering technical training to global audiences and enterprise customers is preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning, emerging technologies, and AI driven innovation in product enablement.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered video creation and digital learning platforms such as Synthesia, Storylane, Camtasia, or equivalent video tools.
  • Enterprise SaaS applications (Frontend & Backend concepts)
  • AI productivity tools (Cursor, Amazon Q, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • AI/Generative AI, LLMs & Prompt Engineering
  • SQL, APIs, ETL, Databricks, Python (or similar technologies)

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Cloud, AI, Data, or Learning Technology certifications are a plus.
