Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• Participating in Business Transformation Program

• Driving end user testing based on functional & didactic train-the-trainer and reviewed material

• Data & Cut-over support. Supporting data cleansing and enrichment, as well as preparing and supporting cut-over activities (e.g. account mapping, data migration preparation, Finance Reconciliation)

• Supporting change management, Identifying change agents out of local key user as drivers of change, and communication reaching to stakeholders

• Strong connector between Local Units Business Transformation project and Centre of Excellence. Providing regular feedback to parties involved

• Communicating process and related system SAP4HANA changes to users, including ‘translating’ system functionality into simple business-relevant language

• Key contact person for local and CoE employees regarding functional & technical questions, answering questions, enabling/documenting solutions, and/or escalating as appropriate (First level support)

• Conduct SIT and support UAT activities

• Engaging with business leaders, users, and partners to understand processes, needs, and challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapting to standards, process reviews, etc.

Your Skills and Expertise:  

• Graduated (Bachelor, Master or similar) in Business / Finance with a focus on Accounting, professional certification in Accounting, or comparable qualification

• Maintain a high degree of creditability, independence, integrity, confidentiality, and trust

• Problem-solving mindset, strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Finance long-term professional experience in the area of RTR

• Experience with SAP core modules FI/CO, ideally also on S4 HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Willing to extend project management skills, e.g.in SAP project or business/finance project

• Ability to transfer knowledge, train others, supportend-users, and drive continuous improvement intechnical aspects of SAP4HANA

• Good communication skills – end-user interaction, user training, conducting workshops, experience in Service Delivery Calls

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

• Flexibility and willingness to travel

• High level of analytical, conceptual and organizational skills

• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach

• Curiosity with openness to new technologies

• Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
