Technical Support
- Provide training and application support for Automation products to internal and external parties in Korea.
- Troubleshoot and support specific requirement from customer applications.
- Implement new product launch event and collect market feedback from various applications and industries.
- Plan and design product demonstration including customer visits, seminars and exhibitions.
- Establish and maintain the detailed knowledge and process routine for pre-sales, product training, field testing, application report, QSM and RMA procedure.
- Cabinet design review and approval with SEC-China organization.
- Project managing role in EPE and RIO cabinet business with Sales colleagues.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by management.
