Entrepreneurship Program Activities: • Organize coaching and training services related to entrepreneurship activity preparation (e.g., seminar, workshop, entrepreneur trip) • Organize various program for further enhancement and development of student entrepreneurship activities (e.g., coaching, expo) • Conduct feedback surveys for every new cycle program • Follow a given timetable and guarantee effective time completion for entrepreneurship program activity • Introduce and enhance entrepreneurship club membership for students in related campus Industrial Partnership Activities: • Maintain corporate relations related to entrepreneurship program with entrepreneurs • Introduce and promote Entrepreneurship programs to industrial/external partners • Gather information of prospective company, entrepreneurs and other parties • Provide support and participate in entrepreneurship events and invite staff and Faculty participation Alumni Relation Activities: • Facilitate networking among alumni, students and each related campus • Enhance the alumni experience and delivers greater value to BINUS University community • Coordinate with Academic department and other Units related to alumni activities and events in related campus • Provide support needed to all activities and events related to alumni association • Promote and cultivate relations with related campus Operation Process: • Maintain record and update data of correspondence data and room/facilities usage for Employability & Enterpreneurship Center program activities • Maintain and update the partnership database • Organize training/seminar events related to entrepreneurship introduction program (i.e., internal, with corporate collaboration, entrepreneur company visit) • Conduct arrangement of related Employability & Entrepreneurship Center program and activities (e.g., event information, invitation and registration process) • Record, maintain, and update data for entrepreneurship activities (internal and external) (e.g., Business plan competition, Entrepreneur Expo grading) • Maintain and update alumni data (employment and entrepreneur rate). Enhance effective communication with alumni using various media • Record and update student participation data in entrepreneurship program (e.g., program review questionnaire) • Organize activities to enhance student participation rate in various Employability & Entrepreneurship Center Program • Conduct alumni engagement and endowment activity (in collaboration with Alumni Relation Office) • Organize certificate print out process and distribution. As well as SAT point process to students Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years of working experience Special Skills/Certification: • Familiar with social media usage • Knowledge in entrepreneur activity • Knowledge in project management
