Factory Location: Lee, FLCompensation: $26.50
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule; 5:00 pm to 5:00 amAbility to work nights, holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
- Perform tests to analyze water samples, including pH, conductivity, turbidity, alkalinity, hardness, temperature, titratable acid, and chlorine
- Complete silo and line checks, each shift
- Batch minerals and ingredients for Pure Life and Flavored products
- Manage water flow through water processing
- Support sanitation activities such as monitoring and/or assisting CIPs and weekly DH activities
- Verify quality checks for line operators as part of our Release Program
- Provide training and coaching on quality systems and programs, as required
- Manage quality assurance holds on finished goods and raw materials
- Support QMS, HACCP, GMP, ICP, Micro, Sensory and Release programs
- Manage documentation and organize information for auditing
- Conduct internal PRP Audits on a regular basis
- Support with technical acceptance, (TACE), testing requirements for new products and equipment
- Perform ordering of lab and quality-based supplies
- Create, review, and update local quality documents and processes
- Perform any additional tasks based on factory needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to make decisions based on data and risk evaluation
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong instructional and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work both individually, and as part of a team.
- Able to handle complex and technical laboratory procedures that require accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer experience required
- Knowledge in SAP, Infinity Enact, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of GLPs and GMPs
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
