AI Strategy Analyst

Our client is seeking an AI Strategy Analyst to lead current-state assessments and develop strategic AI governance roadmaps, involving gap analyses, stakeholder engagement, and executive recommendations to establish enterprise AI governance frameworks.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Conduct current-state assessments and governance maturity evaluations to establish baseline capabilities and identify organizational readiness
• Perform gap analysis against leading AI governance practices and industry standards
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process documentation to gather requirements and align organizational needs
• Develop prioritized implementation roadmaps and remediation plans with clear timelines and resource allocation
• Prepare executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and change management plans to drive organizational adoption
• Support requirements gathering and design for AI Governance Workbench implementation
• Lead change management activities to enable organizational adoption and capability building

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or governance assessments
• Demonstrated expertise in current-state assessment and gap analysis methodologies
• Strong experience developing strategic roadmaps and prioritizing enterprise initiatives
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels and facilitate collaborative workshops
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex strategies to executive audiences
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, risk management, or emerging technology governance preferred
