Job Description

The Warehouse Operator 1 is responsible for supporting inventory management through data collection and organization, and contributing to the inventory management activities such as recording inventory levels, and conducting cycle counts, working under close supervision

Your role:

• Streamlines shipping and receiving operations, prepares documentation, and verifies deliveries

• Adheres to established protocols, participates in equipment operation, and helps to maintain cleanliness in designated areas

• Executes warehouse processes related to outbound picking, packing/labeling, and shipping with a focus on the highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience as a warehouse operator preferred

• Your skills include troubleshooting, documentation and reporting, quality specifications, equipment operations, equipment maintenance, warehouse management system, inventory management, materials handling and order fulfillment

• You have a high school diploma, vocational education or equivalent

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in California is $17.00 to $26.00 plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario, CA.
