Location: Costa Rica

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support & Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with exposure to business applications used by our Sales and Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate does not need prior experience with CRM, marketing, or sales technologies. We will provide the necessary training. What matters most is a strong willingness to learn, curiosity about technology, good communication skills, and an interest in understanding how technology supports business operations.

What You Will Do
IT Operations (Primary Focus)
- Provide end-user IT support.
- Assist with laptop setup, software installation, and account management.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Help maintain IT documentation and procedures.
- Assist with day-to-day IT operational tasks and projects.
- Learn and support platforms used by Sales and Marketing.
- Assist with user administration and data maintenance.
- Help create reports and dashboards.
- Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with business users to understand their technology needs.

- Business process automation and reporting
- Technical diploma, university degree, or current studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- English proficiency sufficient to support global teams.
- Interest in business applications, sales operations, or marketing technology.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Experience from internships, academic projects, or personal technology projects.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working directly with end users.
- Interested in both technology and business processes.
- Takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
- Wants to develop a career in IT, business systems, CRM, analytics, or automation.
