Job Description & Summary
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of Specialist 3 will include the following:

The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Sr Analyst will include the following:
Preparing advance tax computation, Indian tax returns / tracking ITRs, PAN application and withholding tax returns (e-TDS)
Assisting senior team members in conducting background research/ technical research for technical trainings / target clients / pursuits
Ensuring continuous updates of technical knowledge in financial services and other related areas
General correspondence over emails
Visiting tax department for regular follow-up/enquiries etc.
Responsible for providing assistance in in-house risk management and other compliances
Ensuring continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of PwC
Coordinating with colleagues across service lines and across PwC locations as and when necessary
Interaction with outside contacts
Assisting seniors in sign offs, raising the invoices and following up with clients for payments, etc.
Filing and record keeping
Leading projects and taking initiatives to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results, while providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
*Mandatory skill sets
Working in this discipline will see a Senior Analyst/Specialist working on engagements and teams (the sizes of which will vary depending on client/project)
To qualify for the same, a Senior Analyst/ Specialist will need:
To be a Graduate from a recognised University with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of Direct Tax
Specialized knowledge of MS office
Other prerequisite skills include:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Efficiency in MS office and report writing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Thoroughness, accuracy and quick turnaround
Commerce or relevant stream graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience
Relevant tax experience during previous employment will have an added advantage

Demonstrating proactive and robust thought process
Meticulous, committed attitude and an eye for detail
Good skillset working on MS office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
