What You’ll Do
- Workday Solutions: Design, build, and test Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), dashboards, calculated fields, and Discovery Boards across the employee lifecycle.
- Workforce Insights: Analyze headcount, turnover, DE&I, performance, and remuneration data to deliver actionable insights to leadership and support workforce planning.
- System Optimisation: Support Workday releases, project implementations, data integrations, process automation, and emerging tech (e.g., AI/predictive analytics).
- Translate complex business needs into practical reporting solutions and advise leaders on data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and Tech functions to ensure reporting alignment and drive self-service analytics adoption.
- Coach stakeholders to improve data literacy and build capabilities in Workday reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a data-driven mindset aligned with organisational values.
- Compliance & Audit: Manage sensitive data confidentially and meet compliance/regulatory reporting standards (e.g., WGEA, remuneration, privacy laws).
- Establish reporting standards, data dictionaries, and governance frameworks to ensure top-tier accuracy and security.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Workday Analytics: Advanced reporting capability (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Calculated Fields).
- Translating HR data/business needs into scalable reports, insights, and workforce metrics.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI (or similar tools), and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
- Workday Prism Analytics, Extend, and Orchestrate.
- SQL, APIs, Microsoft Fabric, data modeling/integration, and predictive AI analytics.
- Remuneration analysis, workforce planning, and working in complex/regulated environments.
- Certifications (Preferred): Workday Reporting, Power BI, or equivalent analytics certifications.
Work Set Up
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
