Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager Benefits - Global Leaves to join our Global Benefits team, reporting to the Director of Global Benefits Programs. In this role, you'll lead and evolve Nasdaq's global time off and leave programs - shaping the employee experience for our people as they navigate meaningful life events.
You'll fit right in if you're a collaborative, people-centered professional who thrives in a fast-paced global environment, enjoys working across functions and time zones, and brings both a strategic approach and problem-solving to everything you do.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day management of Nasdaq's global time off and leave programs, covering administration, communications, case support, and program operations.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a supportive environment where team members can thrive.
- Lead change and project management for policy updates, assessing downstream impacts and ensuring seamless implementation across benefits and leave programs.
- Partner with Regional Benefits Leads and People Partners to simplify leave administration, maintain compliance, and deliver practical guidance to employees, managers, and the business.
- Leverage employee feedback and internal and external data to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to strengthen the global leave experience.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience managing and administering employee time off and leave programs globally, including interpreting and applying relevant regulations, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Experience with EMEA leave programs is particularly valuable given the complexity of regional requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field - or equivalent proven experience.
- Familiarity with Workday or other global HR tracking and automation systems, and Microsoft products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly.
- Sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills for handling sensitive leave-related matters.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing time off and leave programs in APAC and the Americas, in addition to EMEA.
- Prior experience with managing projects
- Experience building leave management infrastructure, including tracking and compliance processes.
