Principal Product Manager CMP Pads
Position Summary
Lead the CMP Pads business by driving product strategy, portfolio management, market competitiveness, and cross-functional execution. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and competitive product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
Lead cross-functional alignment, resource prioritization, and execution across commercial, technical, and operational priorities.
Partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.
Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable plans with clear priorities.
Required Qualifications & Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.
Strong business, financial and people acumen, including experience with pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Strong ability of coordination and prioritization to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive decisions in a complex global organization with executive presentation skills.

· Compensation: $147,000 to $196,500 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate
