Job Description:
The final candidate will join the Institutional Relations team within the Communications & CSR Department, providing support in the management of the institutional agenda, the preparation of strategic documentation, the monitoring of public affairs and current developments, and the coordination of senior management participation in forums, meetings, and events relevant to the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the management of invitations, attendance, and participation of senior management in forums, conferences, seminars, and strategic events.
- Prepare supporting materials, such as briefing documents, speeches, talking points, and fact sheets for institutional meetings and public engagements.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings with institutions, business associations, public administrations, and other stakeholders.
- Support protocol-related activities and the preparation of materials for institutional events.
- Monitor commitments, agreements, sponsorships, and documentation arising from meetings and events.
- Coordinate internally with other company departments to gather the technical or strategic information required for institutional activities.
- Contribute to the mapping and updating of institutional, business, and social stakeholders, as well as maintaining contact databases and stakeholder directories.
- Support the monitoring of political, institutional, regulatory, and business developments, identifying matters of interest to the company.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in International Relations, Protocol, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and summarization skills in Spanish.
- C1 level of English, with strong capability to draft and review professional documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Interest in institutional affairs, political and economic developments, business-government relations, and corporate communications.
- Previous internship experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Institutional Relations, Consulting, Foundations, Business Associations, or Institutional Affairs offices will be considered a plus.
