What will you be doing here?

Liderar a estratégia de IA e Machine Learning na Natura, focado em gerar valor, aumentar a eficiência, impulsionar a receita e gerir times multidisciplinares de alta performance.

Principais Responsabilidades

-Gestão de Projetos e ROI: Mapear oportunidades e priorizar o portfólio de IA avaliando viabilidade técnica, custos operacionais (nuvem/tokens) e retorno sobre investimento (ROI).

-Governança e Qualidade: Desenhar e aplicar políticas de segurança, ética e conformidade regulatória. Monitorar a saúde técnica das IAs, detectando vieses (bias), falhas e degradação (drift).

-Cultura e Evangelização: Liderar a alfabetização em IA (AI Literacy) treinando diferentes áreas da empresa e atuando como tradutor entre conceitos técnicos complexos e a visão de negócios.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Formação e Experiência:

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Dados ou afins, com pós-graduação em IA ou Transformação Digital, experiência em projetos de tecnologia.
• Necessários experiência de gestão de times de Ciência de Dados
• Experiência em liderança de projetos de IA, desde prototipação à escala/produção, direcionando solução de IA, avaliando aspectos técnicos e de negócio.
• Visão profunda de arquitetura e MLOps/LLMOps (pipelines, monitoramento e escalabilidade).
• Domínio em IA Generativa, LLMs e Agentes de IA utilizando plataformas corporativas (Google, AWS, Databricks) e ambientes MultiCloud.
• Perfil: Heavy user de novas tecnologias, curioso, voltado à experimentação rápida e com excelente capacidade de comunicação executiva.
