Electronics Repair Technician, Manufacturing
Position Summary
The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated self-driven individual with a great attitude. Electronics Technicians are responsible for applying electrical theory to test and repair circuitry of our products for aerospace and commercial industries. As an Electronics Repair Technician, we want you to provide technical assistance and resolution when problems are encountered before and after design. The team’s success relies heavily on your technical assistance and communication to resolve any challenges you may bump into. By default, you should trouble shoot, build, repair, and maintain electrical products that are reliable and testable. We also need you to have excellent technical, inspection and interpersonal skills. You'll get the opportunity to foster and contribute to an environment of innovation both within the team as well as across other teams. Up for the challenge?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot, build, and repair (including replacing components on boards) a variety of electrical products in an expeditious manner. To include the use of soldering and test equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and perform soldering under a microscope.
- Ability to use multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
- Perform preventive maintenance functions as directed.
- Has the ability to work in fast paced environment and has high accountability.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- A.A.S. in Electronics or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of electronic test equipment, DMM, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Mechanical aptitude and soldering skills required
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
