Job Description:

1. Driving and Managing the Sale:

• Setting and managing sales goals and quotas from designated customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and maximize performance.
• Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
• Detailed key account mapping
• Mentoring Sales Managers

2. Sales Process and Strategy:

• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Optimizing the sales pipeline and ensuring efficient sales processes.
• Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities, including new markets and customer segments.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Fostering a customer-centric approach within the sales team.

4. Reporting and Communication:

• Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Communicating sales performance and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, project engineering, project management, product management etc to align sales and marketing efforts.

5. General:

• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 
• Meet government agencies to drive the tracker qualifications and Liaisoning
