You will play a critical role in enabling effective leadership, managing a dynamic agenda, coordinating key meetings and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a highly international environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys taking ownership, brings structure to complexity, and acts as a trusted partner and point of coordination for senior stakeholders.
About Corporate Finance and the Team
Corporate Finance is a global business within Wholesale Banking, supporting clients with strategic advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets solutions, and financial transactions. The business operates in a highly dynamic, client-focused, and international environment where collaboration, professionalism, and execution excellence are essential.
As Personal Assistant to the Global Head of Corporate Finance, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Wholesale Banking, partnering with colleagues, business managers, leadership teams, and other Executive and Personal Assistants to ensure effective coordination, seamless planning, and high standards of support.
You will operate at the centre of a global leadership environment, helping maintain focus on strategic priorities while enabling efficient day-to-day operations.
What You Will Do
Manage a complex and dynamic agenda, ensuring effective prioritization, planning, and coordination of meetings, commitments, and travel.
Act as the first point of coordination for the Global Head of Corporate Finance, managing incoming requests, correspondence, and the email inbox with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
Organize and support client meetings, leadership meetings, offsites, events, and other internal and external engagements, including logistics and follow-up on actions.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, functions, and geographies.
Draft and coordinate professional communications and handle sensitive information with sound judgment and confidentiality.
Manage travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, approvals, and other administrative processes accurately and efficiently.
Work proactively and independently, anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and helping maintain focus on key priorities.
Collaborate closely with Business Managers, Personal Assistants, and support colleagues to ensure seamless support and high standards of execution.
How to Succeed
We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you will stay curious, continue learning, and take ownership of your development.
You are a strong match if you:

Have advanced experience in executive calendar management and stakeholder coordination.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
Build trust quickly and confidently manage relationships with senior stakeholders.

Are comfortable providing constructive input and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is considered an advantage.
Remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented when priorities shift.
Have a strong eye for detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
Are highly proficient with Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365 applications; are capable of managing a senior leader’s email inbox effectively; and are familiar with Workday, with Salesforce experience considered a strong advantage.
Take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
