Description
Performs all administrative and secretarial duties for Foundation's Executive Director of Development and Executive Director of Planned Gifts and Major Gifts including but not limited to processing incoming/outgoing mail, filing, copying,proofreading etc.
High school diploma required.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a busy customer service environment.
Heavy computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a relevant database program. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and flexibility to adapt to changes in workload, work schedule and urgent requests. Must be able to set priorities to achieve efficient and maximum productivity. Must exercise professional judgment and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have excellent organizational skills, telephone etiquette, and command of the English language.
