Standard Qualifications
- Associate's Degree accredited therapy assistant program (Required)
- Therapy assistance experience (Preferred)
- Experience in neurological injury, TBI, and Spinal Cord injury (based on Spectrum Health entity) (Preferred)
- Occupational Therapy Assistant, Certified (COTA) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association within or Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross within 90 Days of Hire (Required)
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
