Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Remote, flexible hours that align with the fall semester schedule. We aim to hire over the summer for a minimum of 20–25 hours per week to allow sufficient time for training, defining role expectations, and ensuring the intern is fully set up with equipment, credentials, and required onboarding. Hours during the fall semester may decrease to approximately 10–20 hours per week.

Position: Campus Map Design Intern

Location: Atrium Health corporate; Charlotte, NC.; Remote

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities are assigned based on area of concentration.
  • Receives exposure to various aspects of health care from the view of the area of concentration.
  • The incumbent is responsible for adhering to established Service Standards.


Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.


Education Required:

  • High School Graduate.


Experience Required:

  • No experience required.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Current enrollment with senior status at a regional accredited college or university. Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
  • Grade point average of at least 2.5.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
