Access Systems is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our Iowa City - Quad Cities team. In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to provide innovative office technology solutions that help companies run smarter and more efficiently—make $70-80k+ at plan in your first year!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving sales growth by analyzing current office technology and proposing custom solutions.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service through regular client account management.
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services by Century.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking for in a Sales Representative:
- 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience; prospecting and technology knowledge is a plus.
- Individuals who are competitive, ambitious, and have a desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to take initiative to go out and be assertive while having charisma.
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
