This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level engineer to work on a diverse range of roadway and aviation projects while learning from experienced professionals and building a rewarding career in transportation engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Transportation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, analyzing, and developing transportation infrastructure projects that improve how communities move and connect. You will:
- Support senior engineers and project managers in preparing transportation design plans for state, municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential projects — all within a 3D digital environment.
- Perform and review design calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Contribute to the development of design packages, including roadway geometry, drainage, grading, and plan preparation.
- Assist with early project phases, including feasibility studies, permitting, and cost estimating.
- Support aviation projects, contributing to runway and airfield design and analysis.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Successful completion of the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam
- Experience working with OpenRoads Designer
- Familiarity with ODOT Design Standards
- A strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to grow your technical and project management skills
