Associate, Cost Management

The Opportunity

As Associate (Cost Management) you will be involved in:

• Playing a leading role in a commercial and residential cost management team, ensuring that you deliver a high-quality service to our clients (Pre Contract and Post Contract).
• Reviewing and signing off on service deliverables prior to issuance to clients & maintain a high level of quality control.
• Attending client facing meetings including managing & maintaining strong client relationships.
• Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities
• Staff management – inputting into the forma mentoring and management of staff
• Managing the delivery of cost management outputs in line with agreed timeline, quality, expectations and client requirements.

 

We would love to hear from you if you:​

• Have strong cost management experience in a dynamic environment​
• Have 7+ years pre and post contract experience in the relevant sectors
• Have the required competency to attend client facing and commercial meetings.
• Have the required competency to mentor junior staff members.
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying​
• Are chartered and ideally a member of the SCSI/ RICS ​
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing​
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun​.

 All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
