Description
Benefit Trucking is seeking a highly motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing brokerage team in Skopje. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring the seamless execution of freight shipments across North America.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the U.S. trucking industry (as a broker or dispatcher).
- Strong understanding of U.S. geography, road networks, and mileage metrics.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly service-oriented with strong customer interaction abilities.
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Source, book, and negotiate freight with carriers to secure competitive rates.
- Collaborate with Customer Sales Representatives to quote and service clients effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and seasonality to make informed pricing decisions.
- Develop and expand carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calls, and referrals.
- Nurture long-term, strategic carrier partnerships.
- Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and approved prior to transport.
- Support with tracking and tracing to ensure on-time performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure top-tier service and operational efficiency.
