We are excited to open a BRAND NEW STORE in Wangaratta in September 2026!
Step into a leadership role where you can make your mark from the very beginning. As a Corporate Store Manager, you'll build a strong team, create a great customer experience and drive store performance every day. You'll have the freedom to lead with confidence, develop your people and shape the success of a new store, backed by industry-leading training and support.
What you’ll be doing:
Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
Take ownership of day-to day store operations with supported decision making
Lead, coach and develop your store team
Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
Oversee store operations, stock and financial results
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
Create a safe, positive and high-performing team culture
What we’re looking for:
Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for developing people, culture and driving results
Ability to balance customer experience, team leadership and commercial performance.
Resilience, proactiveness and a customer-first mindset
Multitasking abilities without losing focus
You must have full time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.

$77,030 + 12% Superannuation + Earn up to 15% annual bonus
