Bachelor degree in finance or accounting, CPA designation is an asset 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting and forecast General knowledge of accounting and cost control principles Bilingualism (French and English required) Highly analytical approach, constantly seeking to understand the driver for results. Self-managed, motivated, entrepreneurial style; brings matter to resolution. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with executive management. Strong drive for results and complex problems solving skills coupled with the ability to build solid strategic working relationships. Strong analytical, technical skills and ability to link information together; capable of translating findings into business actions. Ability to model business requirements and prepare "what-if" analysis. Ability to take projects from the ground up to ending stage with minimal supervision. Planning and forecasting skills. Requires Project management skills, a logical approach to problem solving, analytical skills and a big-picture understanding with short term tactical focus. Ability to effectively build solid relationships with the finance team, functional group, cross-functional peers and upper level management. Ability to work flexible hours as required. Familiarity with process improvement techniques. Advanced knowledge and proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Strategic 30% Act as a trusted business partner to the company's operations teams. Support the development of long-term financial plans and investment strategies for the company. Modernize, automate, and improve reporting and analysis tools. Conduct benchmarking analyses of costs and business processes, identify variances, and participate in the development of action plans to adopt best practices and support financial forecasting. Support the management team with various special projects. Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements, as well as the policies, procedures, and ethical standards established by Keurig. Responsible for preparing actual financial statements by providing detailed variance explanations between actual results, forecasts, and the prior year for all operational cost categories, including headcount, parts, vehicle fleet, depreciation, and administrative costs. Responsible for preparing presentation materials for actual and forecasted results. Support productivity initiatives and processes. Responsible for calculating periodic commissions and annual bonuses for the sales team. Participate, in collaboration with the accounting team, in the inventory count process. Work closely with the operations team to drive strong operational performance and develop tools to help monitor it.
