Description
- Practice Facilitation: Plan and run high-quality practice sessions for a wide variety of sports.
- Tournament Coordination: Take full responsibility for organizing logistics, student safety, and transport for external tournaments and competitive events.
- Program Development: Collaboratively build and scale school sports teams, looking for innovative ways to grow the overall sports program.
- Flexible Support: Adapt to a dynamic 45-hour work week that shifts according to the school’s fixtures, including day sessions, evenings, and Saturdays.
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours based on the school's sports calendar and event schedules.
- Compliance: Valid certifications in Safeguarding and First Aid (or commitment to complete training immediately upon starting the post).
