## Manager Treasury GAPAC SolCo

Function: Finance / Treasury

Location: Shanghai

### Purpose of the Role

The Manager Treasury GAPAC supports and advances treasury activities across the GAPAC region for the Solutions company. The role ensures effective cash and liquidity management, contributes to improving working capital and funding structures, and manages financial risks in coordination with global treasury. The role acts as a key regional partner, ensuring alignment with global treasury policies while adapting to regional requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee regional cash positions and optimize liquidity across entities in the GAPAC region.

Cash Forecasting: continuous improvement of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.

Foreign currency Risk Management: Identify, assess, and coordinate mitigation of foreign exchange exposures in collaboration with central treasury and local banks.

Funding & Capital Structure: Support and optimize intercompany funding, dividends, and capital structures across the region.

Banking Strategy & Operations: Own local and regional bank relationships, oversee bank account management, mandates, documentation, and know-your-customer (KYC) processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Treasury Systems & Digitalization: Drive adoption and optimization of treasury systems, e-banking platforms, and process automation.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and regional regulatory requirements.

Audit & Controls: Lead and coordinate treasury-related internal and external audits within the region.

Stakeholder Management: Act as key business partner to regional Finance, Tax, and business teams, as well as global treasury, supporting business stakeholders in decision making and aligning priorities.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, standardization opportunities, and best practices across GAPAC.

Leadership & Influence: Coach the team, ensure learning and development, provide clarity and guidance and contribute to capability building.

### Complexity of the Role

The role operates in a multi-country GAPAC environment with varying regulatory frameworks and currencies. It requires balancing global standards with regional needs and collaborating across functions in a matrix organization.

### Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, with regional or international exposure.

Proven experience in multinational and matrix organizations.

Strong knowledge of treasury processes, financial risk management, and banking structures.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba).

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in the GAPAC region are an advantage.
