Your Role
- Provide a concierge‑level sales experience to every guest
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Genesis lineup, features, and competitive advantages
- Manage leads through CRM, phone, text, and showroom traffic
- Present pricing, structure deals, and collaborate with management to close sales
- Build long‑term client relationships and generate referrals
- Represent the Genesis brand with professionalism and confidence
- Sales experience required (automotive or luxury retail preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High energy, self‑motivation, and a competitive mindset
- Ability to work weekends and peak dealership hours
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Premium Genesis inventory with strong market demand
