Description
AB Staffing is looking for experienced School Psychologists in Arizona that are available for the 2026/2027 school year.
Job Description:
- Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location.

- Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – The contract follows the academic district calendar.
- Weekly hours: 40 hours weekly
- Locations: Multiple Locations Across Arizona.
Salary: Weekly - Up to $3,000

Requirements:
- Graduate Degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) in School Psychology.
- Must be certified in School Psychology OR hold a School Psychologist license from the AZ Psychology Board.
- Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations in a school setting preferred.
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.
Essential Functions:
- Provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services in the school setting for initial psychological assessment and for reevaluation of children in special education programs.
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead the multidisciplinary team in the process of identifying students of intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
- Communicate psychological assessment results and recommendations both verbally and through written reports.
- Participate in eligibility and program decisions in meeting the needs of students with disabilities.
- Participate in and contribute to professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
