Who are we looking for?
We're seeking exceptional talents who are:
- Top graduates with up to 3 years of HR experience (internship experience in a MNC/global company is welcome)
- Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources; with about 3 years of payroll experience (it can be in an internship)
- Curious learners with a growth mindset and strong learning agility
- Analytical thinkers who enjoy solving problems and using data to drive decisions
- Creative, proactive, and eager to improve the way we work
- Strong communicators who thrive in diverse, global environments
