Annual Compensation: $89,500–$114,000
Hourly Rate: $42–$46 plus performance/productivity bonuses

Patients come in with an injury, complete a plan of care, and are discharged—often never to be seen again. Therapists are expected to see three or more patients an hour while documentation piles up.

But instead of ending the relationship when rehabilitation is complete, we help them transition into performance training, fitness, injury prevention, Pilates, and long-term wellness. That means our therapists have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with their patients and continue making a meaningful impact well beyond traditional rehabilitation.

• Current California Physical Therapist License
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Excellent clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care

• Productivity bonus up to $5,000
• Annual performance bonus up to $1000
