Job Duties: Diagnose and treat pediatric patients in the emergency room. Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/or referral. Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients and patients family concerning treatment and care of patients. Refer cases that require specialist services.

Education Required: M.D. or D.O.
Other Requirements:
License to practice medicine in Louisiana.
Completion of a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship.
