Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous enhancement of these components to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to agile methodologies are integral, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions that align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio, IDMC MDM.
- Experience with data integration and management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Reltio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
