What You Will Be Doing
The Associate Golf Ball Fitting & Sales Specialist delivers a tour-caliber fitting experience that helps golfers maximize performance through the right Titleist golf ball. Serving a designated regional market, this role conducts in-person and virtual fittings using Titleist fitting methodology, launch monitor technology, and detailed performance analysis to provide personalized product recommendations and drive sales. The Specialist is responsible for planning and executing fitting events, coordinating logistics with sales representatives and account partners, educating PGA Professionals on Titleist products and fitting best practices, and fostering strong consumer relationships throughout the fitting journey. In addition, this role supports the development of Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Ambassadors and Specialist Interns through training and mentorship, helping elevate the overall fitting experience while strengthening Titleist’s leadership in golf ball performance and consumer engagement.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required
PGA Class A certification highly preferred
Minimum of 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment, or relevant industry experience demonstrating strong golf equipment knowledge
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs. multiple times per day
Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours per day) year-round
Willingness and ability to travel up to 150 overnights per year
Valid U.S. driver’s license required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex fitting and product information for golfers of all skill levels
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, internet-based tools, launch monitors, and golf fitting technology
Strong understanding of golf equipment, ball fitting, and golf swing analysis
Strong time management, organization, and event planning skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively
Valid U.S. driver’s license required for business travel and event support
