Pfizer, in partnership with Octapharma, is in a unique position to provide meaningful support that puts patients first with a broad Ig portfolio that includes three intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) products — PANZYGA 10%, OCTAGAM 10%, and OCTAGAM 5% — and one subcutaneous (SCIg) product, Cutaquig 16.5% — to help meet the diverse needs of patients.

  • PANZYGA 10% is indicated to treat primary immunodeficiency (PI) in patients aged 2 years and older, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) in adults, and chronic immune thrombocytopenia (cITP) in adults.
  • OCTAGAM 10% is indicated for dermatomyositis (DM) in adults and cITP in adults.
  • OCTAGAM 5% is indicated for PI.
  • Cutaquig 16.5% is indicated for PI in adults.

The Immunoglobulin (Ig) business plays a critical role in improving the lives of patients with primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, dermatomyositis, neurological disorders, and other rare diseases. Focused on specialty care and infusion pharmacy, the Ig portfolio delivers life-saving therapies that require strategic oversight and innovation.

 The Ig Franchise Marketing Senior Manager will report directly to the Ig HCP and Consumer Team Lead and will work closely with other members of the marketing team. The role requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams and agencies to translate insights into action, and to identify business accelerators and innovative strategies to overcome market challenges and drive growth. The ideal candidate has high learning agility, a track record of leading key marketing and strategic initiatives, and the ability to adapt strategy and tactical execution quickly.

In addition, the Ig Franchise Marketing Lead will lead AI initiatives for the portfolio, ensuring the team is leveraging emerging AI tools and capabilities to drive marketing efficiency, accelerate content development, and enhance commercial execution across Panzyga, Octagam, and Cutaquig.

Role Responsibilities

The Ig Franchise Marketing Lead will own the strategic execution of key HCP and consumer initiatives across the Ig portfolio, translating brand strategy into high-impact commercial activity. This role serves as a critical connector between strategy and execution, driving franchise-wide consistency while enabling brand-level agility. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ig Franchise Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of Ig Franchise HCP promotional strategy, ensuring all marketing claims and tactics remain rigorously aligned to brand positioning and regulatory standards
  • Shape the customer experience strategy across the Ig business, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces brand differentiation and drives measurable progress against business objectives
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the Franchise, driving alignment and execution excellence across:
    • Promotional materials inventory management across all brands, ensuring compliance and availability at scale
    • Cross-functional planning and content strategy for Field Force Opportunity Forums, partnering with team members to maximize field impact
    • Partner with the IIS team to drive execution of the Franchise-wide ATU rollout, ensuring consistent field readiness and full message adoption across the sales organization.
    • Strategic leadership of the SIP nurse education program, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and patient support goals

Panzyga Support

  • Partner closely with the Ig Marketing HCP/Consumer Lead, MLR, and agency partners to shape and deliver Panzyga's HCP and consumer marketing strategy, ensuring portfolio cohesion and sustained brand growth
  • Develop and evolve high-impact HCP and consumer marketing materials that elevate brand storytelling and drive engagement
  • Co-develop strategy and execution for the Panzyga Opt-in for the CRM program in partnership with the brand lead, strengthening patient and HCP engagement pipelines

AI Leadership

  • Set the strategic direction for AI adoption across the Ig portfolio, identifying and scaling emerging AI tools and capabilities to drive marketing efficiency, accelerate content development, and sharpen commercial execution across Panzyga, Octagam, and Cutaquig
  • Serve as the franchise's AI champion, building team capability and driving cultural adoption of AI-enabled ways of working and scale learning across TA

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Science, or a related field
  • 6 years of commercial marketing, sales, strategy experience, including US marketing experience
  • Prior experience leading brands, with deep knowledge of marketing discipline and a track record of launching and building successful brands in the US market
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to synthesize scientific, clinical, and market insights into compelling commercial strategy
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Strategic and highly agile
  • Demonstrated experience with both consumer and HCP marketing — developing campaigns and claims and working collaboratively with MLR
  • Experience working with creative agencies and providing clear creative direction
  • Ability to operate effectively and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • Brand marketing experience in rare disease or specialty markets across HCP, payer, and patient marketing, with experience applying traditional and innovative levers to grow customer and patient awareness, education, and preference in competitive categories
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and apply AI-powered marketing tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, Adobe Express, Claude, Copilot) for content development and predictive analytics

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
