Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading and executing professional, technical, and nonexempt recruiting strategies for a specific business segment within the organization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior business leaders on talent acquisition initiatives that support long-term business objectives. Job expectations include managing recruitment operations with a moderate level of complexity, applying sound judgment in decision-making, and contributing to talent strategies with guidance from more senior talent leaders.
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting across The Private Bank, Global Commercial Banking and Business Banking. This role manages a team of 15+ recruiters, partners with HR and Business Leadership to provide strategic direction and tactical execution of talent acquisition strategy and manages a portfolio of select senior-level recruiting engagements. This is a high impact role supporting highly specialized organizations that have a strong talent mindset. The successful candidate must possess mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Lead end to end Talent Acquisition for The Private Bank, Global Commercial Bank and Business Banking.
Design and execute innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of each line of business. Manage full lifecycle recruiting process, aligning resources to hiring priorities, and leveraging metrics and market insights to continuously refine talent acquisition strategies.
Serve as trusted advisor to HR and Line of Business executives on talent agenda. Provide strategic talent market intelligence, competitive insights, and thought leadership to business leaders, leveraging deep knowledge of the middle market banking and wealth management talent landscape to inform hiring strategies, identify emerging talent trends, and enhance the firm's ability to attract and retain top talent.
Demonstrate operational rigor with focus on delivering scalable, efficient hiring processes and an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage select senior-level recruiting engagements from search design to successful offer execution, serving as a strategic partner to business leadership.
Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Oversees the talent requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related experience, with a demonstrated track record of leadership, business impact, and career advancement.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience leading teams through change with focus on coaching, developing and promoting a culture of accountability, timely execution and continuous improvement.
Exceptional relationship management, consulting, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and partner effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.
Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen, with experience leveraging data, reporting, and market insights to drive talent and business outcomes.
Proven ability to lead through complexity, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
High degree of professional and personal integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to organizational values.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of, or experience within, Private Banking is strongly preferred.
