Hiring Requirements :
Creating and modifying patterns using CAD software ( Optitex, Diamino, Accumark, PDS...).
Generating cutting orders.
Creating control templates.
Implementing engineering changes accurately.
Optimizing cutting time and material usage.
Handling Lectra cutting parameters with full control.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial cutting machines and materials.
Familiarity with quality systems and root-cause analysis methods.
Good communication and leadership skills to drive change on the shop floor.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Familiarity with CAD softwares.
Required Profile:
Bac +2 profile with solid experience in automotive industry (COVER SEWING & CUTTING).
2 years min in a similar position.
