Location: Serbia
Language: English (Native or Fluent)
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
About the Role
Our client is expanding their operations in Serbia and is looking for experienced English Retention Agents with a proven track record in the FX industry, specifically handling the UK Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain existing UK-based clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
- Maximize client activity and lifetime value.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable trading solutions.
- Achieve retention and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Retention experience in the FX industry
Previous experience working with the UK Market is mandatory
Fluent or Native English speaker
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and results-oriented
CRM experience is an advantage
