This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Sales Support Officer in Panamá with Signify.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including customer documentation, proposals, product information, and quotations.
Coordinate sales activities, meetings, customer interactions, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely follow-up.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards while maintaining accurate data in C4C and other systems.
Facilitate communication between Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and responsiveness to customer needs.
Ensure compliance and accuracy of commercial documentation and support the management of sales tools, contract records, and customer Due Diligence processes when applicable.
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer database management.
Experience preparing sales reports and supporting sales activities.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as C4C, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
*This is an on-site position located in Panamá.
