Job Description:
This role contributes to MPS success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates for all level positions in MPS China.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve staffing objectives. Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, HR team members and other stakeholders.
2.Have a clear campus recruitment strategy and plan in place, manage university relationship with MPS’ strategic partnering schools to build talent pipeline per business needs and foster employer branding.
3.Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process, current and future openings, workforce planning and the future state of the organization to help achieve optimum balance between business demands and human needs. 4.Proactively hunt for candidates to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.
5.Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
6.Support overseas recruitment to build MPS’s global talent pipeline.
7.Perform other duties or projects assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree or above in English, biz management or related, overseas study experience preferred.
2.At least 2 years’ experience of recruitment & staffing in multinational enterprise.
3.Good communication skills, good command of English and Office software.
4.Ability to influence, consult and negotiate, good presentation skills.
5.Ability to handle multi-project, balance priorities and meet deadlines. 6.Knowledge of ER, labor law, training and development, compensation and benefits.
