Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for the hands-on management and execution of paid social campaigns for assigned clients. This role supports all core campaign management activities, including campaign setup, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. The Senior Analyst also plays a key role in identifying and implementing optimization opportunities, in partnership with the Manager and with client approval.
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving media landscape. They bring a strong executional mindset, a passion for performance, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Our social team partners with some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for an enthusiastic paid social practitioner who is eager to dive into multiple projects, deepen platform expertise, and contribute meaningfully to campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Independently build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Create and QA campaigns, ad sets, audiences, pixels, conversion events, and creative assets directly within platform interfaces.
- Validate campaign setup, tracking implementation, naming conventions, and audience targeting prior to launch.
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, creative, and platform issues independently before escalation.
- Maintain platform expertise and stay informed on new features, targeting capabilities, and product updates.
- Maintain timely communication through Outlook, Teams, and other agency communication channels.
- Effectively manage multiple deadlines, campaign launches, reporting deliverables, and client requests simultaneously.
- Proactively communicate risks, blockers, pacing concerns, and implementation issues before they impact campaign performance.
- Demonstrate strong meeting preparation, documentation management, and follow-through on assigned action items.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience.
- Demonstrated experience building and launching campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong expertise in at least one core platform (Meta, Snapchat, or TikTok) and working proficiency across one or more additional platforms.
- Proven ability to independently execute campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimizations, pacing management, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and related workplace collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to operational accuracy and QA excellence.
