What you will be doing:
As a Contract and Administration Trainee you will support the Digital Vendor & Asset Management Product team. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone looking to gain real-world experience in vendor management, and business operations.
Vendor Contracting & Portfolio Management
- Maintain and optimize the IT contracts overview and database
- Support the consultancy agreement portfolio – renewing, terminating, and updating contracts
- Support the Vendor Manager in uploading contracts to the Procurement Portal
- Create clear, concise contract summaries for Product Managers and Directors
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements
Process & Administration
- Document, maintain, and optimize supplier management processes
- Organize and categorize vendor documentation
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Ensure data accuracy across all contract and vendor systems
- Prepare reports and summaries for stakeholder review
Business Support
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team
- Facilitate internal communication across departments
- Contribute ideas for process improvement
What you bring:
- Student status with being ideally after second year of Bachelor studies or at the start of a Master’s program in a relevant field like Business Administration, IT or similar
- Availability of minimum 20 hours per week and willingness to work from office
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and databases
- Knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident working independently and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
