Description
In this role, you will act as a key contributor at the intersection of clinical needs, product definition, and engineering execution, ensuring that features deliver meaningful clinical value and a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Role Overview
You will:
- Translate clinical use cases and user needs into clear design inputs and detailed software requirements
- Lead end-to-end agile product development—from concept and solution design through implementation, feature evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product, Clinical, UI/UX, Architecture, R&D, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end clinical solutions that meet usability, performance, and workflow expectations
- Drive ML-based diagnostic initiatives from PoC through clinical evaluation, implementation, and productization
- You will work across R&D, product, system engineering, and field teams to ensure that clinical insights are effectively embedded into product decisions and feature development.
Product Value Definition
- Translate business initiatives, clinical workflows, user needs, and field insights into design input detailed requirements and feature definitions
- Ensure features deliver measurable clinical value and user impact
Cross-Functional Execution
- Provide technical leadership for cross-functional epics spanning Algorithms, Front-End, Cloud Infrastructure, and third-party integrations
- Partner closely with Product, Clinical, UI/UX, Architecture, Algorithms, System Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and R&D stakeholders throughout the full development lifecycle
- Lead design discussions, story clarification, implementation alignment, feature readiness, and evaluation planning throughout development
- Analyze clinical usage data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support data-driven decisions to enhance product performance and user experience
- Drive feature evaluation using clinical data, performance indicators, and structured feedback loops to validate product impact
- Contribute to iterative improvement of existing features and workflows
Customer & Field Insights
- Investigate customer and field issues impacting product usage
- Translate real-world feedback into actionable product and feature improvements
- Support root-cause analysis with a focus on product and workflow optimization
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Clinical Applications, R&D, or System Engineering within medical imaging systems
- Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies and clinical workflows
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments, including product, engineering, field teams, and end users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with modern digital tools and AI-based solutions for data analysis and productivity
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience with commercial medical imaging systems
- Exposure to AI-driven imaging solutions or advanced reconstruction techniques
- Experience working within global, matrixed R&D organizations
