Volvo Cars of Fredericksburg is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Cashier to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer, screen, and direct multi-line telephone calls
• Take and relay messages while providing helpful information to callers
• Assist guests by directing them to the appropriate department or team member
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Support daily dealership operations and complete additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Clean and valid driver’s license
