When you work as a Program Manager II at KCAS, you get to further our mission by managing client programs within a business unit, serving as a primary point of contact for clients while driving program execution, communication, and overall client satisfaction. You will work closely with Laboratory Directors, laboratory managers, and Business Development to manage contracted work, anticipate client needs, and proactively address risks.
Our Program Management team partners across operations, quality, and commercial functions to ensure alignment between client expectations and laboratory execution, supporting high-quality delivery of bioanalytical services.Skills
