Description

Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou expérience pertinente dans un environnement manufacturier (atout). Expérience en sanitation industrielle ou dans un environnement alimentaire (atout). Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF), des règles d'hygiène et du SIMDUT. Capacité à travailler de façon sécuritaire avec des produits chimiques. Capacité à travailler en hauteur à l'aide de nacelles élévatrices et de plateformes de type Skyjack. Capacité à travailler en espace clos. Bon esprit d'équipe et habiletés de communication. Sens de l'organisation et de l'observation. Rigueur, autonomie et fiabilité. Souci du détail et engagement envers la sécurité alimentaire et la santé-sécurité. Clean and disinfect production lines, equipment, utensils, and production areas in accordance with established procedures. Prepare sanitation carts in accordance with current standards. Follow cleaning procedures (SOPs) and measures to prevent cross-contamination. Perform tasks according to the sanitation schedule and established deadlines. Strictly enforce health and safety requirements, including lockout procedures, the safe use of compressed air, and the marking of work areas. Prepare, handle, and use chemicals in accordance with work instructions and safety data sheets (SDS). Keep chemical storage rooms clean, organized, and safe. Verify that equipment is clean before returning it to production. Safely use cleaning equipment (industrial vacuums, hoses, pressure washers, etc.). Perform the periodic tasks outlined in the sanitation program. Accurately complete the required documentation and ensure data is recorded in the applicable systems. Report any equipment malfunctions or risks that could compromise food safety, quality, or health and safety, and follow the appropriate chain of command. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene rules, WHMIS principles, and standards for maintaining order and cleanliness (5S). Participate in continuous improvement activities as well as internal and external audits.
