Assisted Living Operator

$300k - $400k + Bonus/Upside 

 

Successful assisted living business seeking a high-level operator to lead across its assisted living platform.

This role requires deep assisted living experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead through both people and performance.

The right candidate will understand what drives a successful assisted living business, including resident experience, reputation, census growth, operational discipline, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading operations across the assisted living business

• Working closely with ownership and senior leadership

• Leading facility and departmental leaders with clarity and accountability

• Strengthening reputation, resident experience, and market position

• Driving census growth by ensuring the business is well-run and well-regarded

• Improving processes, systems, standards, and execution

• Managing performance across staffing, resident care, compliance, cost controls, and profitability

Requirements:

• Strong assisted living operating experience *required*

• Proven ability to lead facility leaders, department heads, and senior operators

• Strong business acumen and understanding of what drives census, reputation, resident experience, and profitability

• Executive presence with the ability to earn trust, drive alignment, and lead effectively across the organization

• Strong communication skills and high judgment
