The Professional Services Operations team at Cohesity is on a mission to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across Cohesity’s global Professional Services organization]. Our analytically minded, operationally focused professionals are focused on translating business complexity into clear insights that drive performance across the PS Organization. 

As a Consulting Operations Analyst II, you will serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the PS ops team, turning data from Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau, and other tools into actionable insights for PS leadership, reporting to Senior Director, PS Operations. You will partner closely with Delivery, Finance and PS leadership to support revenue recognition, utilization tracking, discounting governance, and performance scorecard reporting. Your work directly informs how PS leadership manages the business and makes strategic decisions.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: 

·        You will support end-to-end PS operational and financial reporting to build and maintain dashboards, models, and scorecards across Salesforce, Tableau, Claude, and Excel in order to give PS leadership real-time visibility into revenue, utilization, discounting, and overall business performance. You will also support revenue recognition, budget/forecast cycles, resource planning, and cross-functional QBR preparation — serving as the analytical backbone and go-to business partner for the PS Ops team.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 

·        Proven experience in PS Operations, Financial Operations, or Business Analysis within a technology or Professional Services organization (3–5 years preferred). 

·        Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations. 

·        Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

·        Experience working in matrixed, global technology organizations with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Delivery. 

·        Passion for operational excellence and using data to drive business outcomes in a high-growth, customer-obsessed environment. 

·        Comfort with ambiguity and change; proactive problem solver.
